YOUR ONBOARDING JOURNEY

Four practical stages to get your business running

Each stage is designed to be completed independently, so your team can move at a comfortable pace.

STEP 01

Download the right package

Visit the Download page and choose the installer available for your operating system.

  • Direct secure download
  • No registration form
  • Installation guidance
  • Version and update information
STEP 02

Install on your computer

Extract the package, move DukaanMatic to your applications and launch the workspace.

  • Local desktop application
  • Offline-ready foundation
  • Guided first launch
  • Secure workspace access
STEP 03

Complete the required first-run setup

The installed ERP opens a guided setup first. Add the legal identity, GST defaults, financial year and choose fresh setup or migration.

  • Full ERP stays locked during setup
  • Business, branch and tax profile
  • Fresh start or existing-data import
  • Opening-data verification
STEP 04

Verify, activate and begin

Review the opening summary, reconcile imported totals and activate the workspace before creating live transactions.

  • Products and parties available in billing
  • Opening stock reflected in inventory
  • Ledger balances reflected in accounts
  • Sales, purchases, GST and reports unlocked
ONE TRANSACTION, CONNECTED RECORDS

See what happens when your team completes a sale

DukaanMatic carries the invoice data into the operational records that depend on it. Your team works from one transaction instead of entering the same information in separate tools.

FRESH START OR ERP MIGRATION

Your opening records become working ERP data—not a detached upload.

Choose a fresh workspace, or export masters and opening balances from Tally, Marg or another ERP. DukaanMatic validates and previews the records before writing them to billing, inventory and accounts.

Ask about migration preparation

01Export from the source ERPUse Tally XML or CSV/JSON exports. Marg users export masters and openings as CSV; proprietary backup files are not guessed.

02Validate before committingNames, codes, GSTINs, item units, tax rates, stock and Dr/Cr openings are checked and summarised.

03Reflect data across the ERPCustomers and suppliers appear in billing, products and quantities in inventory, and openings in accounts.

04Reconcile and activateKeep the old ERP backup, compare control totals and confirm the review before full ERP access unlocks.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you get started

Do I need an account before downloading?

No. The supported installer can be downloaded directly without registration or payment details.

Can I use DukaanMatic without internet?

Core local workflows are designed for offline continuity. Connected services and synchronization resume when internet access returns.

Which Tally or Marg files can I import?

DukaanMatic accepts Tally XML and standard CSV/JSON exports. For Marg, export customers, suppliers, items, stock and ledger openings as CSV. Proprietary backup or database files must be exported from the original ERP first.

Can I skip first-run setup and open the ERP?

No. The installed ERP keeps operational pages locked until the business profile, tax defaults, opening-data choice and final verification are complete.

Can your team help with initial setup?

Yes. Contact support for installation guidance, data preparation and business-workflow assistance.
