PRICING QUESTIONS

Good to know before you choose

Will the ERP stop working if I do not renew?

Your installed local software and local backups keep working without renewal. Updates and human support are included for the first year; from year two, renew both for ₹299 + GST/year. Without renewal, new updates and human support stop. Cloud plans are separate paid subscriptions and cloud access ends with its term; moving cloud records to Local still requires approved migration. SMS and WhatsApp remain pay-as-you-use.

Are WhatsApp and SMS messages included?

Shared and Premium sender setup is included in eligible plans. Sending uses the communication wallet; included yearly credit is shown on each plan. You can add more credit as needed. Meta or DLT approval is still required for a business-owned sender.

Can Platform Admin change plans and prices?

Yes. Authorized Platform Admin users can update paid plan pricing, limits, subscriptions, renewals and devices. Local software use remains ₹0. Local updates and support follow the included first year and ₹299 + GST/year renewal terms; cloud subscriptions are separate.
